Market Tour and Site Identification
After the areas of priority have been identified, we go to the market to verify the competitive landscape (dependent on industry), and to identify the best possible real estate opportunites. As our agents drive around, they enter the site information directly into our proprietary database so our team can immediately begin the diligence process.

Site Evaluation and Comparison
After our Tour of the Market, we schedule a follow up call to present the opportunities we’ve found, as well as provide a demographic and cost comparison for your review.

LOI & Lease or Purchase Negotiations
Once you’ve decided, based on the information, which site you’d like to pursue, we draft a Letter of Intent, highlighting the key material terms of the transaction. After this document is executed, we proceed to the Lease or Purchase Agreement, after which, the transaction is complete. We walk you through the entire process!
The best part is, we are a very limited cost to our clients. Business typically pay $10,000-$30,000 for a similar consultive industry site evaluation. Since our fees are paid by the landlord when we represent you in the real estate transaction, we’re a low to no-cost option for our clients (aside from our Market Study Fee, if applicable).
