Nathan Palmer serves as the Principal Broker for Entertainment Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate professional with a technical and creative approach to site selection. Nathan brings a unique grasp of mapping, benchmarking and demographic analysis tools to the team. His primary responsibilities include preliminary site research, market and competition analysis, site selection and financial analysis.
Jerry Robson
Associate Broker
Jerry brings a technical skillset to the Entertainment RE Team. He’s responsible for designing and implementing the tools used by ERE for Market Analytics and Strategic Site Planning. Using this unique skillset, he’s been able to help the ERE Team attack a broad range of Client projects. From consulting and mapping, to locating sites for national expansion efforts.
His focus is not only on the larger, instituational operators and businesses, but also on the new business owner looking for their first location.
Jerry has had a broad range of clients, from Entertainment, Retail, Restaurant, Medical and more. His diverse relational experience has broadened his service capabilities and enabled him to create solutions for almost any industry.
Corey Graft
Associate
Corey Graft works with the Leaders RE teams focusing on retail tenant representation. His specializations include entertainment & healthcare related retail users. He is an experienced database administrator having worked over 5 years in the commercial real estate industry. Corey is highly skilled in creating location based site analyses & predictive models.
When not in the office Corey enjoys woodworking, a round of golf, and trips to his former home state of Florida.
Mr. Graft studied real estate at The Hondros College of Business, & is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
